Sue is one of Cordon Verts experienced, enthusiastic and hands on part-time tutors. Her love of creating recipes has led her to enter and win quite a number of cookery competitions.
This love of vegetarian cooking really began when Sue won a competition in a magazine for a weekend course at the Cordon Vert. Sue found the experience stimulating and fun, going on to complete the Cordon Vert diploma with distinction in 1993.
Not resting on her laurels she then went on to pass City and Guilds 7307 teaching certificate in 1996. As well as her role at Cordon Vert Sue also teaches a couple of cookery adult education classes. When not cooking, or thinking about food, Sue is a competitive golf and tennis player, and a keen theatre and concert goer.
