Moira has been part of the Cordon Vert team for over 6 years. She has trained in vegetarian and vegan cooking all around the world, most recently in Singapore and Bangkok. A spell living in Paris was the inspiration for our “Parisian Entertaining” workshop.
She loves teaching both adults and children and her cooking and catering experience is wide ranging, spanning hotels, restaurants, schools, food festivals and farms!
Moira's great passion is organic whole foods and she has recently completed a course of study in the therapeutic powers of food.
