Cordon Vert runs workshops for home cookery enthusiasts and professional chefs alike.
Our main cookery school is in Altrincham, just a few miles from Manchester city center, but we also host a selection of courses at our satellite venue near Tower Bridge in London.
A new short course on truffle making. The workshop starts with a fascinating discussion about the history of chocolate, production process and other interesting chocolaty topics. You will then be shown how to create delicious Belgian truffles by hand from raw chocolate ingredients.
